Welcome aboard! You're about to transform how you run your training business. This guide will have you fully set up in about 10 minutes.

What you'll accomplish

By the end of this guide, you'll have your account created, your organization set up, and a clear understanding of where everything lives.


Step 1: Create Your Account

Getting in takes just a few clicks:

Visit OwnFit

Head to the app and click Sign Up

Enter your details

Use a strong, unique password—this account protects your clients' data!

Check your email

Click the confirmation link to activate your account

Complete your profile

Add your name, photo, and contact info

Pro tip

Use a password manager! Your OwnFit account protects sensitive client data, so make it bulletproof.

Step 2: Create Your Organization

Think of your Organization as your digital gym—your headquarters for everything.

Find the Organization Switcher

It's in the sidebar, near the top

Click "Add Organization"

Give it a name that represents your business (e.g., "Elite Fitness Coaching")

Hit Create

Boom! You're now the Owner with full control

You're the boss now

As the Owner, you have complete control: billing, settings, team management—everything.
